Refund Policy

Class Cancellations and Refunds

​- Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled class time will result in you being able to book onto another class within the relevant billing period to make-up for the cancelled class. No refunds will be given.

​

- Late cancellations (cancellations made 12 hours or less prior to the scheduled class time) will result in the loss of the session.

​

- If you do not attend a booked session without cancelling, you will not be eligible to make-up the session at a later date.

​

Courses & Workshops

- All courses and workshop purchases are final and non-refundable.

- If you are unable to attend a workshop, you may transfer your spot to another person, provided you notify us at least 24 hours before the start date. 

​

Memberships

-Memberships are renewed every 4 weeks. They may be cancelled by you at any time.

​

Cancellation by Core Pole and Chair Dance Co.

- If we have to cancel due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, you will be able to take a make-up class on a date of your choosing.
